Receta Apple Raisin Drop Cookies

Ingredientes
- 1 pkt Pillsbury Moist Supreme Yellow Cake Mix
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp Nutmeg
- 1/2 c. Lowfat sour cream
- 2 x Large eggs
- 1 c. Apple, Coarsely Shredded
- 1/2 c. Raisins
- 2 Tbsp. Powdered Sugar
Direcciones
- 1. Heat oven to 350*F. Grease cookie sheets. In large bowl, combine cake mix, cinnamon, nutmeg, lowfat sour cream and Large eggs; blend well. Stir in apple and raisins. Drop dough by heaping teaspoonfuls 1 inch apart onto greased cookie sheets. 2. Bake 10 to 14 min or possibly till edges are golden.
- Immediately remove from cookie sheets. Cold 5 min or possibly till completely cooled. Sprinkle with powdered sugar, if you like.
- 4 dozen cookies.
