Ingredientes
- 1/4 c. apple cider vinegar
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1/4 tsp garlic salt
- 1/4 tsp celery seed
- 3 c. green cabbage, thinly sliced
- 1 med carrot, grated
- 1 x unpeeled apple, cored, coarsely grated
- 1/2 c. diced green pepper
- 1/2 x red onion, sliced thinly
Direcciones
- Combine vinegar, sugar, oil, salt, garlic salt and celery seed. Shake well.
- In a separate bowl, combine cabbage, carrot, apple, green pepper and red onion.
- Toss with dressing. Refrigerateand serve.
