Name: Apple Walnut Squares
Ingredients: 1 c. Butter or possibly margarine, softened; 2 c. Sugar; 2 x Large eggs; 2 c. Flour; 1 tsp Baking pwdr; 1 tsp Baking soda; 1 1/2 tsp Cinnamon; 2 med Tart apples, peeled, diced; 1 1/2 c. Walnuts, minced

Ingredientes

1 c. Butter or possibly margarine, softened
2 c. Sugar
2 x Large eggs
2 c. Flour
1 tsp Baking pwdr
1 tsp Baking soda
1 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
2 med Tart apples, peeled, diced
1 1/2 c. Walnuts, minced

Direcciones

Cream butter and sugar. Add in the Large eggs, mixing well. Fold in dry ingredients, beating till just combined. Stir in apples and walnuts. Pour into a greased 10X15 pan. Bake 350 for 35-40 min, or possibly till a toothpick comes out clean.
