Receta Applesauce Date Nut Bread

Ingredientes
- 2/3 c. Butter or possibly margarine
- 1 1/4 c. Sugar
- 4 x Large eggs
- 1 1/2 c. Applesauce
- 1/2 c. Lowfat milk
- 4 c. Flour
- 2 tsp Baking pwdr
- 1 tsp Baking soda
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 Tbsp. Grated lemon rind
- 1 c. Minced pecans
- 1/2 c. Minced raisins
- 1/2 c. Minced dates
Direcciones
- Cream together butter & sugar. Beat in Large eggs, one at a time. Stir in applesauce & lowfat milk. Combine dry ingredients; add in to applesauce mix & mix well. Stir in remaining ingredients. Pour into 2 greased 9x5x3-inch loaf pans. Bake at 350 for 1 hour or possibly till bread tests done. Cold on rack for 10 min. Remove bread from pan & finish cooling on rack.
