Receta Banana, Date Nut Bread

Ingredientes
- 2 1/2 c. cake flour
- 1/4 teaspoon mace
- 1/4 teaspoon cloves
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 c. unsweetened applesauce
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 12 dates, minced
- 1/2 c. minced walnuts
- 3 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 large eggs, beaten well
- 3 T lowfat milk
- 3 teaspoon liquid sweetener
- 3 mashed bananas
- 1/4 c. raisins
- 1/2 c. coconut (optional)
Direcciones
- Sift dry ingredients together. Put together the well beaten large eggs, applesauce, lowfat milk, liquid sweetener, vanilla, next add in bananas, dates, raisins and walnuts. Spray (9 x 5 inches) loaf pan with Pam. Pour batter in pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 60-70 min.
