Ingredients: 1 c. Brown Sugar, Packed; 1/2 c. Shortening, Butter Flavored; 1 tsp Vanilla; 1 x Egg; 1/2 c. Applesauce; 2 c. Gold Medal Flour; 2 c. Granola; 1/2 tsp Baking Soda; 1/2 tsp Salt

Ingredientes

1 c. Brown Sugar, Packed
1/2 c. Shortening, Butter Flavored
1 tsp Vanilla
1 x Egg
1/2 c. Applesauce
2 c. Gold Medal Flour
2 c. Granola
1/2 tsp Baking Soda
1/2 tsp Salt

Direcciones

Heat oven to 375*F. Mix brown sugar, shortening, vanilla and egg in large bowl. Stir in applesauce. Stir in remaining ingredients.
Drop dough by rounded tablespoonfuls about 2-inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake 11 to 13 min or possibly till almost no indentation remains when touched in the center. Cold slightly, remove from cookie sheet. Cold completely on wire rack.
About 3 1/2 dozen cookies.
