Receta Baked Applesauce Granola

Ingredientes
- 2 c. applesauce
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp nutmeg
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1/3 c. raisins soaked, liquid removed
- 1 c. granola
- 1 Tbsp. wheat germ Yogurt or possibly lowfat sour cream for topping
Direcciones
- In a small oven-proof bowl, mix applesauce, cinnamon nutmeg, brown sugar and raisins. Cover applesauce mix with a layer of granola and sprinkle with wheat germ. Bake 20 min in a 350 degree oven.
- Top each serving with a dollop of yogurt or possibly lowfat sour cream.
- This recipe yields 3 servings.
