- 1 teaspoon soda
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1 c. applesauce
- 1/2 c. raisins mixed with 1 T flour
- 2/3 c. sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 c. shortening
- 1 egg
Direcciones
- Put together all ingredients except raisins in mixing bowl. Beat at medium speed 2 min. Stir in raisins. Spread in greased 11 x 7 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees about 25 min.
