Receta Apricot Barbecue Sauce

- 1/2 c. Extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 c. Wine Vinegar
- 1 c. Apricot Nectar
- 1/4 c. Brown Sugar
- 2 Tbsp. Dijon Mustard
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Chili Pwdr
Direcciones
- Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and heat till boiling over medium heat. Boil for 1 minute, then cold at room temperature, and chill till ready to use. This is a great one to use on pork or possibly chicken.
