  • 1 stalk celery fine diced
  • 2 Tbsp. sweet white onion fine minced
  • 3 lrg (small lemon size apricots ) ripe, sweet apricots, pitted and fine diced mayonnaise to bind salt and pepper

Direcciones

  1. Mix all together using sufficient mayonnaise to bind. Season to taste. Wonderful for a chicken salad fruit plate or possibly to stuff hollowed out ripe tomatoes or possibly as a filling for sandwiches.
