Receta Apricot Fondue

Ingredientes
- 30 ounce can unpeeled apricot halves, liquid removed
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 1 T cornstarch
- 3/4 c. whipping cream
- 1 T lemon juice
Direcciones
- Blend apricots in blender or possibly processor to puree. In saucepan, put together sugar and cornstarch. Stir in apricot puree, whipping cream, and lemon juice. Cook, stirring, till thickened. Serve on fondue pot. Dip fruit, cake, etc. into fondue. SUPER!
