Receta Apricot Glazed Ham

Ingredientes
- 29 ounce bartlett pears, halves, canned
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp allspice
- 12 x dry apricot halves
- 1/2 c. apricot preserves ham
Direcciones
- Drain pears, reserving 1 c. syrup.
- Combine pear sysrup with lemon juice and allspice.
- Add in dry apricots and simmer for 15 min or possibly till apricots qre tender.
- Remove apricots with slotted spoon. Add in apricot preserves to remaining liquid. Bring to boil and cook 2 to 3 min, or possibly till glaze consistency.
- Arrange pears and apricots aroung ham 15 min before serving. Brush with glaze and bake 15 min.
- Baked Ham: score ham fat with diamonds and stud with whole cloves. Bake ham 15 min per lb. at 325 degrees. 30 min before serving brush ham with apricot glaze. contiune baking and brushing several times with glaze.
