Receta Apricot Nut Bar

Ingredientes
- ½ C. Butter
- ½ C. Brown Sugar, packed hard
- 1 C. Four, sifted
- ¼ t. Soda
- ½ t. Salt
- 1 ½ C. Quick oats
- 1 C. Apricot preserves
- ¼ C. Chopped nuts
- Whipped topping
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Beat butter and sugar until fluffy. Sift flour, soda, salt together, and add into sugar mixture. Add oats and blend well. Press 2/3 of mixture over bottom of greased 8 x 8 pan. Combine preserves and nuts. Spread evenly over crumb mixture in pan. Sprinkle remaining 1/3 of crumb mixture on top of the filling.
- Cut into bars while warm. Serve with whipped topping.
