  1. Chop onion and garlic; fry in oil till clear. In bowl add in liquid removed spinach, grnd beef, cheese, egg, salt, pepper, onion and garlic. Mix with hands.
  2. Form into small balls. Fry till brown. Remove from skillet.
  3. In skillet, using drippings add in flour to thicken, then add in tomato soup, 1 can lowfat milk. Stir till mixed well. Return meatballs to sauce. Simmer for 45-60 min.
