Ingredientes

  • 1 pkt lemon jello
  • 1 pkt orange jello
  • 2 c. boiling water
  • 1 c. apricot and pineapple juice, combined
  • 1 can apricot halves, (#2 1/2) cut up and liquid removed
  • 1 can (#2) crushed pineapple, liquid removed
  • 3/4 c. small marshmallows
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 x egg
  • 1 c. apricot and pineapple juice, combined
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 c. whipped cream grated cheese, optional slivered almonds, optional

Direcciones

  1. Dissolve jello in 2 c. boiling water. Add in remaining ingredients.
  2. Pour into 9 x 13- inch pan and refrigeratetill hard.
  3. Topping:Place sugar and flour in saucepan. Blend in egg and apricot and pineapple juice. Cook till thick and add in butter. When cold mix in whipped cream and spread on gelatin. Sprinkle with grated cheese or possibly slivered almonds if you like.
