Ingredientes
- 1 c. fresh apricots, diced
- 1/2 med pineapple, peeled and diced
- 1/4 med white onion, diced
- 1 lrg avocado, peel, pit & dice
- 1 med red bell pepper, diced
- 2 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
- 1 Tbsp. minced fresh cilantro
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp freshly grnd black pepper
Direcciones
- Combine all the ingredients, toss lightly, and chill for 30 min before serving.
- Yield: Approx. 3 c.
- SERVING SUGGESTIONS: This makes a splendid accompaniment to roast pork or possibly lamb.
