Ingredients: 3/4 c. butter; 3/4 c. margarine; 1 1/2 c. powdered sugar; 2 2/3 c. flour; 1 1/2 tsp vanilla; 2 c. crushed arare (Japanese rice crackers)

Ingredientes

3/4 c. butter
3/4 c. margarine
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
2 2/3 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
2 c. crushed arare (Japanese rice crackers)

Direcciones

Preheat electric oven to 325 F. In large bowl of electric mixer, cream butter, margarine, and sugar. Add in flour and vanilla; mix well. Stir in arare. Drop dough by teaspoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheets and flatten slightly. Bake for 20 min or possibly till golden.
Makes 5 dozen cookies.
