Receta Artichoke Surprise Salad

Ingredientes
- One, (6 oz) jar marinated artichoke Hearts
- 1 sm Head romaine lettuce, torn
- 2 Tbsp. Roasted red peppers, julienned
- 1 bn , bean or possibly alfalfa sprouts
- 1/2 c. Slivered almonds
- 1/2 c. Water chestnuts
- 3 x Radishes, sliced in thin Circlets
- 2 x Green onions, finely minced
- 1/4 c. Shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. White wine vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. Salad oil Pepper to taster, freshly grnd
- 1/4 tsp Sugar
- 1 sm Garlic clove, crushed
Direcciones
- Drain artichokes, reserving the marinade. In a bowl, combine artichokes, lettuce, red peppers, sprouts, almonds, water chestnuts, radish, onion & cheese. Set aside. In a jar w/ a tight fitting lid, combine the rest of the artichoke marinade, vinegar, oil, pepper, sugar & garlic. Cover & shake well. Pour dressing over salad. Toss to mix & serve. Approximately 6 min.
