Receta Asian Celery And Mushrooms

Ingredientes
- 1 c. celery diagonally sliced
- 1 c. mushrooms sliced shiitake Or possibly white mushrooms
- 1/2 c. onions thinly sliced
- 1 Tbsp. low-sodium soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp cornstarch
Direcciones
- 1. Spray 1-qt microwavable casserole with nonstick cooking spray; add in celery, mushrooms, onion, and 1 Tbsp. water. Cover and microwave on High (100%) for 4 min, stirring once halfway through cooking, till celery is tender.
- 2. Using a wire whisk, in small mixing bowl beat together 3 Tbsp. water, the soy sauce, and cornstarch, stirring to dissolve cornstarch. Add in to vegetable mix and stir to combine; cover and microwave on High for 1 1/2 min, till mix thickens.
- Grams
- Note: Add in cooked shrimp, chicken, or possibly turkey to this side dish and it becomes an entree. (Personally, I'd like a little jalapeno or possibly some diced red pepper flakes included to add in some jest w/o adding fat or possibly calories.
- Some waterchestnuts would be nice too.)
