Receta Asian Grilled Shrimp

Ingredientes
- 1 lb shrimp
- 1 tsp sesame oil (5ml)
- 1 Tbsp. rice wine (15ml)
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce (15ml)
- 1 Tbsp. honey (15ml)
- 1 Tbsp. sesame seeds (15ml)
- 2 tsp five spice pwdr (10ml)
- 3 x clv garlic, whole, smashed
- 4 slc fresh ginger
Direcciones
- Combine all of the ingredients in a sealable bag and mix well. Leave to marinate for 30 min.
- Preheat the grill to high heat.
- Oil the grill. Remove the shrimp from the marinade and place directly on the grill. Cook for 2 min per side till pink.
- Place remaining marinade in a saucepan and bring to a simmer. Reduce by half and drizzle over cooked shrimp.
