Receta Asian Pork Roast
Ingredientes
- 1/3 C. soy sauce
- 1/4 C. sesame oil
- 1/3 C. packed brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp worcestershire sauce
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice
- 4 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 Tbsp dry mustard
- 1 1/2 tsp pepper
- 2 pound pork tenderloin
Direcciones
- whisk together all ingredients then pour over pork roast. cover and chill 8 hrs. Remove from marinade. Discard marinade. Place in foil lined roasting pan. Bake at 450 for 25 min or until it reaches 160 degrees. Let rest 10-15 min. slice and serve.
