Receta Asian Rice

Ingredientes
- 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 2 x carrots peeled, and thinly sliced
- 1 c. green onions sliced
- 3 c. cooked rice
- 5 x roasted garlic cloves peeled, mashed
- 2 x roasted red pepper quarters diced
- 1 tsp grnd ginger
- 2 c. diced roasted ham
- 1 c. diced roasted chicken
- 2 Tbsp. rice or possibly cider vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 c. coarsely-minced peanuts
Direcciones
- In a large skillet, heat the oil over medium heat. Add in the carrots and onions. Cook, stirring, 5 min. Stir in the rice, garlic, peppers, and ginger. Cook, stirring constantly, till the rice is warm and begins to get crusty. Stir in the ham and chicken.
- In a small bowl, stir together the vinegar, soy sauce, and salt. Add in to the pan and stir till the rice is coated. Stir in the peanuts and serve.
- This recipe yields 4 servings.
