Receta Asparagus With Hot Bacon Dressing

Ingredientes
- 2 med Slices of bacon, finely minced
- 1/2 med Onion, finely minced
- 1/4 c. Vinegar
- 1/4 c. Water
- 1/4 tsp Salt Sugar substitute to equal
- 2 tsp sugar
- 1 can Asparagus, heated
Direcciones
- 1. Brown bacon on cookie sheet in oven till crisp. Drain VERY well.
- 2. Spray skillet with non stick spray. Saute/fry onion, and cook till tender. Add in bacon, and toss lightly. Add in vinegar, water, and salt.
- Bring to boil; remove from heat.
- 3. Add in sugar substitute. Pour dressing over warm asparagus and serve.
