Receta Aunt Bee's Apple Pie (Opie's Favorite)

Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. Butter or possibly margarine
- 4 ounce Cream cheese
- 2 c. All-purpose flour
- 2 1/2 c. Sliced apples
- 1 c. Sugar
- 1/3 c. Orange juice
- 2 Tbsp. Honey
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 Tbsp. All-purpose flour
- 1/2 c. Butter or possibly margarine
Direcciones
- In a large bowl combine 1/2 c. of butter and the cream cheese, and let come to room temperature. Add in 2 c. of flour, and blend well. Chill. Roll out half of the dough and place ina 9" pie plate. Reserve the remaining dough for the top crust. In a saucepan combine the remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Pour the mix into the crust. Roll out the remaining crust and place over the filling. Cut slits in the top crust to allow steam to escape. Bake ina 350 oven for 45 min.
