  • 2 lg. Vidalia onions
  • 1 c. flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
  • 1 c. lowfat milk
  • 1 slightly beaten egg

Direcciones

  1. Slice onions 1/4 inch thick and separate into rings. Soak in ice water for 2 hrs. Drain and dry onions thoroughly. Mix batter. Dip onions in batter and fry in hot oil. Drain on paper towel.
