Receta Aunt Jo's French Fried Onion Rings

Ingredientes
- 2 lg. Vidalia onions
- 1 c. flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- 1 slightly beaten egg
Direcciones
- Slice onions 1/4 inch thick and separate into rings. Soak in ice water for 2 hrs. Drain and dry onions thoroughly. Mix batter. Dip onions in batter and fry in hot oil. Drain on paper towel.
