      Hi,

      Love your recipes!

Blue cheese is a commonly served here in Texas with wings. Don't know about other places. Homemade ranch is good, too, but I like blue cheese best.

      Hi Myra:
In answer to your question about a sauce for Aussie Wings this may or may not work. I posted a recipe called Buffalo Wing Wanna Be several months ago. Though it does have blue cheese sauce referenced the base sauce in the chicken might be an alternative for your BBQ sauce. You could eliminate the BBQ sauce, change the rub a bit and use this sauce instead. It is basically equal parts of hot wing sauce, lime juice, honey and spices to your liking. I will look at other possibilites and get back to you. I have lots of irons in the fire right now; so it may be a few days. I am liking all of your CES posts. Thanks for sharing.
      Best Regards,
      Bob

Oh, the sauce looks fabulous! I'm going to make it.

If you want, create a seperate sauce recipe and link it to Aussie Wings, or I can add Bob Vincent's Wanna Be Sauce to my recipe, and link back to your original one.

          Whatever you'd like.

          Regards,

          Myra
