Receta Autumn Pumpkin Bars

Ingredientes
- 1 can Pumpkin 15 ounce can
- 2 c. All
- 1 3/4 c. Sugar
- 2 tsp Baking pwdr
- 1 tsp Soda
- 1 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 tsp Nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp Grnd cloves
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Orange peel
- 1 c. Oil
- 1/2 c. Raisins
- 4 x Large eggs
- 1/2 c. Pecans minced
- 3 ounce Cream cheese
- 1/4 c. Margarine
- 2 tsp Orange juice
- 2 c. Powdered sugar
Direcciones
- Grease 15x10-inch baking pan. In large bowl, blend all ingredients except raisins and nuts. Blend 2 min. Stir in raisins and nuts. Spread proportionately in pan. Bake at 350 for 25-30 min or possibly till inserted toothpick comes out clean. Cold.
- Frosting. In small bowl, beat cream cheese, margarine and orange juice.
- Gradually beat in powdered sugar till smooth. Spread over cooled bars.
