Receta Avocado And Pineapple Milkshake

Ingredientes
- 1 lrg Very Ripe avocado pear
- 1 pt Semi-skimmed lowfat milk
- 6 ounce Pineapple cubes
- 1/2 c. Ice Cubes pn Salt
Direcciones
- Scoop the avocado out of the skin. Throw away the stone and put the flesh into a liquidiser or possibly mash it. Add in to the lowfat milk, ice cubes, ice cubes, crushed pineapple chunks and salt, and process till thoroughly blended in and the whole mix is nice and frothy. Pour into glasses and serve with a swizzle stick of celery.
