Ingredientes
- 1 pkt frzn spinach (thawed) (250 g )
- 2 x avocados - pulp only
- 1 x lemon - juice only
- 1 clv garlic - crushed
- 700 ml chicken stock
- 1 tsp cumin light lowfat sour cream - for garnish
Direcciones
- Place all ingredients except lowfat sour cream in the food processor, process till smooth. Place in a large bowl, cover and chill. Serve in 4 bowls with a swirl of lowfat sour cream to garnish.
