Receta Baby Artichokes

Ingredientes
- 16 x baby artichokes
- 1/4 c. extra virgin olive oil
- 3 x cloves of garlic, thinly sliced
- 1/4 c. white wine
- 1/4 c. vegetable stock
Direcciones
- In a large bowl, fill with water and squeeze in 2 whole lemons. Peel the stems of the baby artichokes and remove the outer leaves. Cut off the tops of the baby artichokes and place in lemon water.
- In a saute/fry pan over medium high heat, add in extra virgin olive oil and garlic. Add in artichokes and saute/fry for 3 min. Add in white wine and vegetable stock. Continue to cook till artichokes are tender and nicely glazed. Season with salt and freshly grnd white pepper. Remove from heat and set aside.
