Receta Baby Shrimp Tomato Soup

Ingredientes
- 1 x 28 ounce can stewed tomato
- 1 c. mild salsa
- 1 med onion, minced
- 2 clv garlic, minced
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp dry basil
- 1/2 tsp dry thyme
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 4 c. vegetable stock
- 1/2 c. red wine
- 1 c. cooked baby shrimp
- 1/2 c. minced fresh coriander
Direcciones
- In a large soup pot, combine the stewed tomatoes and their juice, salsa, onion, garlic, sugar, basil, thyme, salt, pepper, stock and wine. Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer for 10 min.
- Stir in shrimp and coriander and simmer till heated through.
