- Cook bacon according to package directions, drain. Curl 1 slice, chop 4 slices and leave others as whole slices. Cut cheese slices into halves and arrange in the bottom of a 9 inch pie pan.Bat together large eggs and lowfat milk with fork. Add in minced bacon. Pour over cheese and bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 30 min. Arrange whole bacon slices on top of omelet around bacon curl. Bake 10 min longer. Let stand 5 min before cutting.
