Receta Bacon Brunch Casserole
Ingredientes
- 2 - 16 oz. cartons 2% or 4% cottage cheese
- 6 large beaten eggs
- 1 stick melted butter or margarine
- 8 oz. Velveeta, cut in 1" cubes
- 6 slices or more bacon, cooked and chopped.
- salt and pepper to taste
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Mix all ingredient together and pour into a baking dish (1 1/2 to 2 qt. Casserole will puff up as it bakes.
- Bake 30-40 minutes.
- Check with a toothpick for doneness.
