Receta Bacon, Cabbage And Gruyere Pizza

Ingredientes
- 8 slc Bacon, diced
- 1/2 sm Head green cabbage, thinly sliced
- 1 Tbsp. Caraway seeds
- 1 tsp Cider vinegar
- 1 x Baked cheese pizza crust, (such as Boboli) (16-oz)
- 2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 3/4 c. Packed grated Gruyè,re cheese
- 3/4 c. Packed grated mozzarella cheese
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 400F. Saute/fry bacon in heavy large skillet over medium heat till brown and crisp. Using slotted spoon, transfer bacon to paper towels and drain. Pour off drippings from skillet and throw away.
- Add in cabbage to same skillet and saute/fry till wilted, about 5 min.
- Sprinkle caraway seeds and vinegar over and blend well. Season cabbage mix with salt and pepper.
- Place pizza crust on heavy large baking sheet. Spread with mustard, then cabbage mix. Sprinkle with bacon. Top with cheeses, spreading proportionately. Bake pizza till cheeses heat and crust is crisp, about 20 min.
- Serves 4.
