Receta Bacon Cornmeal Pancakes

Ingredientes
- 1 c. all-purpose flour
- 3/4 c. cornmeal
- 1 T sugar
- 2 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 2 beaten large eggs
- 1 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 1 T veg. oil
- 4 slices bacon, crisp, cooked, liquid removed and crumbled
Direcciones
- Cook liquid removed and crumbled bacon in mixing bowl. Put together flour, cornmeal, sugar and baking pwdr. Put together large eggs, lowfat milk and oil and add in at once to dry ingredients, stir in bacon. For each pancake, pour 1/4 cup batter into hot lightly greased griddle or possibly heavy frying pan. Cook on other side when pancake has a bubbly surface and slightly dry edges. Serve with syrup if you like. Makes 12.
