Receta Bacon Stuffed Mushrooms

Ingredientes
- 1 pound fresh mushrooms, about 2 inch diameter
- 2 T butter
- 2 T minced onion
- 1 slice bread, torn into sm. pcs
- 1 c. shredded cheese
- 1 (3 ounce) can Real Bacon Bits or possibly cooked, crumbled bacon
Direcciones
- Wipe mushrooms well with damp cloth. Remove stems and set aside caps. Chop stems. Microwave butter, stems and onions on high for 4 min or possibly till tender. Stir in remaining ingredients. Press filling into caps; don't pile. Arrange 6 filled caps on paper plate. Microwave 1 1/2 min. Repeat. Makes 2 to 2 1/2 dozen.
