Receta Bacon Wrapped Dates Stuffed With Gorgonzola Cheese
Ingredientes
- 1 16 oz package fresh Medjool dates
- 4 oz package Gorgonzola cheese
- 1 block cream cheese, softened
- 1 lb bacon, cooked
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 400°.
- Using a paring knife, make a slit in the side of the dates and remove pits.
- Mix the cream cheese and Gorgonzola with a hand mixer until combined.
- Stuff each date with about a teaspoon of the cheese mixture.
- Wrap each one with bacon, seams down, or spear each one with a toothpick to seal.
- Bake for 20 minutes, turning halfway through.
