Ingredients: 1 1/2 c. flour; 1/2 tsp nutmeg; 1 3/4 tsp baking pwdr; 1/2 c. sugar; 1/2 tsp salt; 1 x egg; 1/2 c. grated apple or possibly; 3/4 c. applesauce; 1/2 c. oil; 1/4 c. lowfat milk

Ingredientes

1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1 3/4 tsp baking pwdr
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 x egg
1/2 c. grated apple or possibly
3/4 c. applesauce
1/2 c. oil
1/4 c. lowfat milk

Direcciones

Fill 12 greased muffin c. 2/3 full, bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 min. Remove from pan, brush with 1/4 c. butter and then roll in mix of 2/3 c. sugar and 2 teaspoon cinnamon.
