Receta Baked Apples With Eggnog Custard

Ingredientes
- 8 x Rome apples
- 1/2 lb Butter
- 1 c. Light brown sugar Cinnamon
- 1 quart Egg nog
- 1 x Vanilla bean, split lengthwise
- 8 x Egg yolks
- 1/4 c. Sugar

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Peel and core apple. Stuff each apple with brown sugar and a pat of butter. Sprinkle with cinnamon. In a buttered pan, bake apples for about 30 min, or possibly till soft, basting with butter after 15 min.
- In saucepan hot eggnog with vanilla bean till begins to steam. In separate bowl combine egg yolks with sugar. Slowly whisk egg mix into eggnog till fully incorporated
