Ingredientes
- 1 pound fish fillets (haddock, sole or possibly flounder)
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon oregano
- 1 T parsley
- 1 c. plain bread crumbs
- 1 c. Pastine, grnd peeled tomatoes
Direcciones
- Dip fish in bread crumbs, then place in lightly greased Pyrex or possibly Corningware dish. Top with other ingredients with a couple drops of oil. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 to 20 min.
