Receta Baked Bulgur With Pecans

Ingredientes
- 1 c. Bulgur wheat, uncooked
- 1/2 tsp Dry basil
- 1/8 tsp Salt
- 1/8 tsp Pepper
- 2 c. Boiling water
- 1/4 c. Minced pecans Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Direcciones
- Lightly oil a 1 qt baking dish or possibly spray with a nonstick cooking spray. Place bulgur, basil, salt and pepper in prepared baking dish.
- Add in boiling water and mix well.
- Cover tightly and bake 20 min.
- Fluff with a fork, add in pecans, and mix well.
- Serve warm.
