Receta Baked Chicken Supreme

Ingredientes
- 4 piece chicken thighs Without skin
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Paprika
- 1/2 tsp Tarragon Fresh grnd pepper
- 3 Tbsp. Lemon juice
- 2 tsp Tamari soy sauce
- 1/4 c. Sherry
- 2 x Shallots -- diced
- 1/2 c. Chicken broth
- 2 tsp Cornstarch
- 1 c. Yogurt Salt to taste
- 2 Tbsp. Fresh parsley -- minced
Direcciones
- Arrange chicken pcs in a heavy, shallow pan, lightly oiled. Season= chicken pcs with salt, paprika, and tarragon. (If you like,= freshly-grnd pepper may be used.) Sprinkle lemon juice, soy sauce and= sherry over chicken. Place diced shallots around chicken pcs. Place pan= in preheated 425 F oven. and bake, uncovered, for 20 min. Lower oven= temperature to 375 F; cover pan and contunue to bake for 30 min,= basting occasionally with accumulated liquid. (Remove cover after 30= min baking and continue to bake 15 or possibly 20 min longer, or possibly till= chicken is tender and nicely-browned.) Add in corn starch to yogurt. Put accumulated juiced in pan on top of stove and= bring to a boil. Add in yogurt and stir till thickened. Put on top of chicken= and top with parsley.
