Receta Baked Cabbage With Grated Cheese

- Boil cabbage for 15 min in salted water, drain. Add in more water; boil till cabbage is tender. Drain; cool. Chop cabbage; put cabbage in buttered baking dish. Heat butter; stir in flour. Add in cabbage stock; stir till smooth. Season with salt and pepper; fold in grated cheese. Pour sauce over cabbage; sprinkle with cracker crumbs. Dot with butter. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 min. Yield: 6 to 8 servings.
