Receta Baked Donuts

Ingredientes
- 6 tbsp butter, at room temperature
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Butter donut shaped baking pans generously and dust lightly with flour, tapping out any excess.
- Add in flour mix to butter mix, 1/2 cup at a time, alternating with 1/2 cup lowfat milk.
- Fill prepared baking pans 2/3 full.
- Bake for about 1/2 hour at 350°F or possibly till donuts are done.
- Remove immediately from pans, roll in melted butter, then in 1/2 cup confectioners' sugar and 1 tsp cinnamon.
- Makes 1 dozen.
