Receta Baked Egg & Cheese Casserole

Ingredientes
- 1/4 pound butter (1 stick)
- 6 large eggs
- 1 pound grated Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 pound cottage cheese
- 1 c. Bisquick or possibly Jiffy mix
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- 1 or possibly 2 c. chopped ham (opt.)
Direcciones
- Heat butter in 9"x13" pan. Put together large eggs, cheeses, and Bisquick or possibly Jiffy mix and 1 cup lowfat milk in mixer. Grease the sides of the pan and the add in the melted butter to above mix; may stir in 1 or possibly 2 cups chopped ham. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 min. Let stand a couple min, then cut 12 or possibly more squares depending on size you want. Delicious for breakfast, brunch or possibly lunch with croissants, fruit, etc.
