- 1/2 bunch asparagus, cooked and minced
- 4 to 6 hard boiled large eggs, sliced
- 1/2 c. buttered bread crumbs
- 1 T butter
- 1 T flour
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- 2/3 c. cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Direcciones
- Make a sauce with the butter, flour, lowfat milk, and cheese. Mix the sauce with the asparagus and large eggs. Top with bread crumbs. Bake at 300 degrees for 30 min.
