Receta Baked French Fries

Ingredientes
- 2 lrg Baking potatos
- 1 x Egg white
- 1 tsp Garlic pwdr
- 2 1/2 tsp Jamacian seasoning, dark chile pwdr,tabsaco, ( you can cut down on any of these if it is to warm for you)
- 1/2 c. Unbleached flour

- I eat about a pan when ever i need a fix for a french fry. I have this adapted this for one or possibly two people but it is easy to make it for more.
- Cut the potatos and soak in water. Mix the egg white, seasoning and tabsaco in a large bowl. Drain the potatos and add in to the egg mix. Mix well and add in the flour making sure the flour is mixed in well. Proportionately spread over a Pam sprayed metal pan. Coat the top of the fries with Pam. Bake for 40 minutes. or possibly till browned.
