Receta Baked Ham And Eggs

Ingredientes
- Leftover ham (any amount)
- Butter
- 1 doz. large eggs, beaten
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- 1 T flour
- Salt and pepper to taste
Direcciones
- Sear ham in small amount of butter. Add in lowfat milk, flour, salt and pepper to the large eggs and mix well, then add in this mix to the ham. Pour into a greased baking dish. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 60 min. Serves 12 but can be divided in half. This is great for breakfast, lunch or possibly Sunday Supper.
