Receta Baked Macaroni And Cheese

Ingredientes
- 8 ounce nonfat cottage cheese
- 12 ounce nonfat lowfat sour cream
- 1/2 c. green onion minced
- 2 c. fat-free cheese grated
- 1/2 c. evaporated skim lowfat milk
- 1/2 c. Egg Beaters 99% Egg Substitute
- 4 c. cooked elbow macaroni Salt & pepper to taste Paprika
- 1/4 c. bread crumbs Non-Fat cooking spray

- Preheat oven to 350F. Spray a casserole dish with cooking spray & set aside. In a blender, mix together, cream cheese & cottage cheese till smooth. Combine blended mix with cooked macaroni, cheese, lowfat milk, minced onion, and Egg Beaters. Mix well & add in salt & pepper to taste.
- Pour into prepared casserole dish & sprinkle with bread crumbs & paprika.
- Spray top with cooking spray. Bake covered for 35 min, uncover and bake 5 min more.
