Receta Baked Oatmeal with Craisins & Brown Sugar
This baked spin on an old favorite is a hit in my house. With a slight denser texture and and almost cake-like serving style I was able to win over the pickiest of eaters with this fantastic breakfast.

Ingredientes
- 2 cups uncooked quick-cooking oats
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/3 cup craisins
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 1/2 cups fat-free milk
- 1/2 cup applesauce
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 large egg, beaten
- Cooking spray
Direcciones
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Coat 8 x 8 pan with cooking spray.
- Combine the dry ingredients in one bowl, the wet in another, then blend the two, stirring well.
- Pour oatmeal mixture into the pan. Bake for 20-25 minutes. Serve warm.
